Limited LIFETIME Warranty

Focal Point provides to the original purchaser of Focal Point products a limited LIFETIME WARRANTY on the polyurethane material. This warranty provides that the Focal Point products are free from defects in material and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages from improper handling, improper installation or unintended use. This warranty requires that a finish coat of paint must be applied within ninety days of purchase or the warranty will be void. Failure to follow recommended installation procedures will void this warranty. If defect is found, a customer must notify Focal Point in writing within thirty days of discovering the defect. Focal Point reserves the right to review the situation and determine if replacement or repair is appropriate. The warranty does not include finishes.

Liability: This company’s liability is limited to replacing the defective merchandise only, but not for any liability of labor, transportation cost, damage, or other expenses of any kind incurred in connection with the sale or the use of this product. For return of any defective merchandise, Focal Point must first issue a Return Goods Authorization. Focal Point shall have no liability of any firm, agency, corporation, or individual for incidental or consequential damages such as, but not limited to lost profits, or sales, construction/finishing/renovation costs, labor, products damages by freight carriers, freight charges or the like. No customer or purchaser may take any deductions, credits, setoffs or the like against any amount owed Focal Point without prior written consent of Focal Point.
